Yoga’s known for being relaxing, but when you add in goats, it becomes a bit more fun. Just imagine — you’re moving into a downward-facing dog pose and you see a scruffy-looking, yet extremely adorable goat staring straight at you. You can’t help but smile.
And that’s the whole point of goat yoga, a practice that’s been growing in popularity since it first began in Oregon in 2016. It’s intended to be “a joyful experience” that exhibits “the healing powers of nature and animals.”
