Prior to joining Converge, Anna served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for Communications and External Affairs for the Florida Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Jimmy Patronis, one of the highest positions within the office. Over several years, she served in various senior roles at the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS), an agency which manages billions of dollars in state investments and oversees the insurance and financial services industries. In her most recent role, she led communications and external affairs strategy, and policy and research initiatives, including overseeing the Divisions of Consumer Services and Insurance Agents and Agencies. This included raising the agency’s profile with respect to state financial management, economic development, and fostering innovation.
Prior to her public service, Anna served as the vice president of accounts at On 3 Public Relations, a full service public relations firm where she led communications strategy for corporate clients–including Fortune 500 and innovative tech companies–and advocacy groups, nonprofit organizations, and political campaigns. Anna also previously served as press secretary for former Florida CFO Jeff Atwater, and led media relations efforts at a national disaster safety and mitigation nonprofit. She has more than 15 years of experience in communications and public relations, political campaigns and grassroots activation.
The founder and Chairman of the Converge companies, Jonathan is an experienced political advisor and high-caliber advocate and communicator for Fortune 500 Companies, some of Silicon Valley’s biggest brands, and an array of regional and nonprofit world-changers.
Jonathan has a passion for economic development, innovative technologies, healthcare innovation, and transportation solutions. In addition to direct professional advocacy, he is frequently called upon by clients to advise and help manage United States and global public affairs portfolios. His accomplishments on behalf of clients include creation and passage of one of the largest digital media tax incentive programs in the United States, passage of multiple ridesharing bills expanding opportunities for the industry, passage of first-of-its-kind autonomous vehicle legislation, and successful procurement representation on issues ranging from transportation civil engineering to information technology.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan served as outside counsel to the Florida House of Representatives and a winning Florida gubernatorial campaign. He received a gubernatorial appointment to serve on Florida’s 5th District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission and was appointed by U.S. Senator Marco Rubio to Florida’s Federal Judicial Nominating Commission. Jonathan is currently Chair of the Strategy Committee for the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He also served as a communications consultant to the campaign of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
Jonathan holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.

On behalf of an international union, his internal and external public relations work supported passage of a historic collective bargaining agreement. He rapidly developed and executed on a highly-targeted and successful digital messaging strategy to block legislation that would have diverted hundreds of millions of dollars for public schools.
Elnatan’s career was launched after volunteering on the mayoral campaigns of Rudy Giuliani, after which he began consulting for state political races in the northeastern United States. Today, Elnatan has worked on well over 1,000 political campaigns and is well-known for being ahead of the curve in the implementation of innovative communication technologies including texting messaging technology for voter outreach.
